We always advise by e-mail and/or fax the following: Receipt of referral; If roadworthy, that hire will commence to coincide with repairs; If unroadworthy that hire is arranged. If we are not in a position to hire then we will always contact you directly with an explanation to avoid any potential problems between you and your client.
