CAMS are a customer service focused Accident Management Company offering a bespoke, complete and flexible nationwide service for people involved in Non-Fault accidents.


By utilising our comprehensive fleet of new vehicles across our nationwide repair network, our experienced team assists individuals and businesses alike in resolving all issues normally associated with non-fault accidents.


Central Accident Management Services will provide a suitable vehicle, as similar as possible to the damaged vehicle, to ensure all the client's needs are met.  Our vehicles can be delivered to any convenient location such as home, work address or the repairing garage.  The vehicle will be delivered from one of our nationwide depots by a uniformed driver within a few hours.   Should the vehicle not be roadworthy and a vehicle is required immediately, Central Accident Management Services will, under normal circumstances, deliver the vehicle within four hours.  Once the vehicle is repaired we will arrange a prompt collection of our replacement vehicle.

Central Accident Management Services will then recover the cost of this hire directly from the negligent driver's insurance company along with any other losses incurred such as policy excess or miscellaneous expenses.

We aim to provide a wide range of vehicles to suit all our customers' needs.  We will do all we can to provide a suitable vehicle from our fleet and we will also source HGVs, Cranes, Motor Homes, Refuse Collection, Freezer Vans, Coaches and many other specialist vehicles which includes:

Credit Repair


Central Accident Management Services provides an additional service in conjunction with our credit hire service. Once we are satisfied that this is a non fault accident we can arrange for a damaged vehicle to be inspected and repaired at a client's chosen garage or one of our nationwide approved repairers. We will fund the cost of these repairs.

In the event that the vehicle is deemed beyond economical repair then Central Accident Management Services will fund any costs incurred for recovery and storage of the vehicle.

Central Accident Management Services will then recover all of these costs, along with the cost of hire and other miscellaneous expenses, directly from the negligent driver's insurance company.

This facility has the advantage of a quick and efficient repair service with no loss to insurance excess, no up front costs to the car owner and preferential payment terms for the repairer.


Uninsured Loss Recovery


As well as the more obvious things that we can claim for when a vehicle accident takes place, we can also offer a service specialising in recovering losses that are generally not covered by traditional insurance policies.

Obviously these uninsured losses vary from case to case but can include claiming expenses such as:



  • Policy excess

  • Damaged equipment or clothing

  • Out of pocket expenses

  • Loss of earnings

  • Recovery and Storage costs

  • Diminution (i.e. loss of resale value to a vehicle due to having been in accident, despite being repaired)
